​My practice offers individual therapy and Autism assessments for adults. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent humans, folks with anxiety, and people interested in self exploration.
About Me
Kyla Winlow, LCSW

As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
My practice offers Autism assessments that are designed to help answer questions about your neurodivergence, affirm an identity you may already recognize, or provide documentation for accommodations at school or work. My approach is compassionate and strengths-based, ensuring that the process feels empowering and validating. Check out my FAQ's for more info on the evaluation process.

In individual therapy, I support folks exploring sexual or gender identity and those seeking a welcoming space with a queer therapist. I’m also passionate about helping people navigate anxiety and explore a deeper understanding of themselves and their connection to the world around them.

I’m a curious, compassionate human who is eager to connect with you and explore how I can best support your goals.
Outside of being a therapist, I love to spend time in nature, read, travel, create art/crafts, start home DIY projects (and sometimes finish them...), spend time with the people I love, and try to keep my plants alive.

Therapy
50-53 minute session - $160​​​
​
I am in-network with Curative insurance.
For all other insurance plans, I can provide detailed statements (superbills) that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Because out-of-network benefits vary by plan, please contact your insurance provivder to determine your coverage and reimbursement eligibility.

I also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards.

*I offer a limited number of discounted rates to help make therapy more obtainable and to decrease financial barriers to accessing services. Please contact me to discuss options.​​​
Assessments
Autism- $850 - Autism & ADHD - $1050

​Includes up to 4-5 hours of direct session time and up to 4-5 hours of records review and report writing.

Autism & ADHD Exploration Session - $160
No documentation or diagnosis provided.
